That image is sent out in an e-mail by Tumblr automatically when your Tumblog turns 2. You have the option of posting it direct from the e-mail, which is what I, and I assume, whoever this Matt Langer is, did. Thanks for accusing me of plagiarism on a picture of a stupid cupcake, though.
